What’s in store for 2025

Twins & Multiples Tribute Week
March
We invite you to help us celebrate our Twins and Multiples Tribute Week. We’re seeking to raise awareness of the challenges families face when bringing premature or sick twins, triplets or more into the world!
If you’ve had a multiple birth, we’d love for you to share your story. Sharing stories provides hope for new parents in a similar situation.

Picnic for Prems
March – May
We’re asking you to roll out your picnic blanket, bring your crew together and put on a spread – all in an effort to raise awareness and funds for families on this life-changing journey.
Every dollar raised will make a difference allowing LLTF to continue providing the services needed to support families during their hospital stay and when they transition home.

World Prematurity Day
17 November
One in every 10 babies is born premature. World Prematurity Day (WPD) is about honouring the struggles of babies born too soon, celebrating those who have graduated from neonatal units to eventually go home and remembering those who lost their fight to survive.
Each November, we celebrate WPD by hosting events and lighting up landmarks around the country! Keep an eye out on our socials!

Walk for Prems will look a little different this year
This year we celebrate 20 years of supporting families. We are asking people to take The Mighty Trek Challenge to acknowledge this achievement and to help us raise awareness. Hope starts with a step this October, so gather your crew and register now to start fundraising.
