These are pocket hearts and are lovingly made by our Handmade Heroes community to be included for our Precious Prem Pack. Pocket size, they’re made to be carried with you, or in your bag or pocket as a reminder that you’re not alone. As a foundation, we are here to help and support you. Pocket Hearts were started by Sarah De Jonge of 1000 Hearts and they’re made all over the world, and distributed wherever kindness is needed. They’re super easy to make and you can even order a starter pack to make sure you’ve got all you need to get started on this beautiful initiative.

This Heart Making Kit will get you up and running if you’re wanting to make pocket hearts to spread some kindness (go on, you know you want to!) It’s perfect if you don’t have the time, patience or sewing scissors to cut out hearts.
The kit contains 40 pre-cut felt hearts (makes 20 hearts; two pieces of felt per heart) and enough thread to make your hearts.
