Research into the development and care of premature and sick babies is something that LLTF is passionate about.
Recently we had the very exciting opportunity to collaborate with Western Sydney University, the Sydney Children’s Hospitals network – Westmead, and the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, on two areas of concern facing parents and the Health Professionals that care for them
“The feeding experiences of parents of infants in the NICU and SCN and following hospital discharge” and “Tube feeding and feed transition practice in Special Care Nurseries : A need for a consistent approach.”
Both presented at PSANZ 2017, we were honoured to be a part of it and look forward to further collaborations. More information can be found about the study on the Wiley Online Library HERE
